Booking Platforms
Inside Out can advertise on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia. Each booking platform has its own market share and strengths as well as success fees. We are able to market your property on multiple platforms at one time.
We utilise a cloud-based property management software that links to our booking website accounts. This way we can ensure that there is no chance of the same room being double booked by two different websites.
The owner is provided with login details so that they can view the current and upcoming bookings for their property in real-time.
We will provide training as part of the property onboarding process, if required.
Guest Liasion
Keeping our properties in top condition is helped by our local contractors but made easier by working to ensure that the guests we welcome into the property are upstanding people. We set all of our properties on the strictest booking parameters (on websites that allow us to do this). Furthermore, we have a number of 'guest rules' which we tailor for each property and always request a bond or security deposit from all guests.
As part of our management system, guests are automatically sent notification emails prior to, during and after their stay with the necessary helpful information such as access processes and who to contact in an emergency or if an issue arises.
Furthermore, we have a dedicated property manager who has the sole role of liaising with guests in a prompt and friendly manner. This ensures that they can focus on guest engagement without being distracted by other tasks. We find that this helps to generate positive reviews for our clients.
